Contact our team first with the project name, item list, vendor details and expected arrivals. We will confirm the receiving address, labeling instructions, delivery arrangements and service estimate before you direct shipments to us.
What does the inspection process include?
We review incoming items, unpack and inspect them as agreed, and photograph their condition. If we identify visible damage or a discrepancy, we document it and communicate with you so the issue can be addressed with the appropriate vendor or carrier.
Can you hold items until the property is ready?
Yes. Private, climate-controlled storage can be included while furnishings arrive or the destination is being prepared. We review the inventory, expected duration and storage charges as part of the project estimate.
Do you handle final delivery and placement?
Yes. Our own employees can handle delivery and placement in the agreed rooms. Share your floor plan, access details and any assembly, unpacking or additional setup needs so we can confirm the work and equipment included in the estimate.
Do I need to be an interior designer to use this service?
No. We also work with homeowners, builders, retailers and commercial project teams. Tell us what is arriving and where it needs to go, and we will help coordinate a suitable plan.
Can you deliver outside your immediate area?
