Where do you provide long-distance moving?
We provide long-distance moving throughout the lower 48 states, including moves to and from Florida. Share your pickup and delivery locations with us so we can discuss your route, timing and availability.
Will the same crew handle pickup and delivery?
Yes. Your long-distance move is handled by our own employees, with one dedicated crew and truck from pickup through delivery. We do not pass your move to a third-party carrier or transfer your load between trucks along the route.
How are pickup and delivery dates planned?
We plan the schedule around your route, move size, property access and the services you need. Share preferred dates, closing dates and any building restrictions early so we can review availability and coordinate the delivery plan with you.
Can you pack for a long-distance move?
Yes. Full or partial packing can be arranged, along with furniture preparation and the materials your move requires. We confirm the scope of packing and any delivery services as part of your estimate.
What if I need storage between homes?
We offer private, climate-controlled storage that can be coordinated with your move. Let us know about the gap between pickup and move-in so we can plan storage and the next delivery together.
What do you need to prepare an estimate?
Start with your pickup and delivery addresses, preferred dates and an overview of what you are moving. Tell us about stairs, elevators, parking, packing needs, storage and any large or fragile items. These details help us plan the crew, truck and services for your move.
Can you move pianos, artwork or other specialty items?
Please tell us about pianos, safes, artwork and unusually heavy or delicate items before your estimate is finalized. We review the item, access at both properties and any special equipment or preparation needed before confirming the plan.
