From Key Largo to Key West. One team for the miles and the final delivery.
Moving a household or getting freight into the Florida Keys takes careful coordination. The drive along the Overseas Highway is only part of the job. Truck access, exterior stairs, unloading space and the person meeting the delivery all need to come together.
DP Moving & Storage provides moving, dedicated freight, receiving and white-glove delivery for Florida Keys homes and projects. Our in-house team plans the transportation and the work at your door, with the service, timing and access requirements agreed before the job begins.

When the destination takes extra planning.
A delivery address alone does not tell the whole story. Tell us how the property is reached, where the truck can stop and what needs to happen after unloading. We use those details to review the right crew, equipment and delivery plan.
- The approach: narrow streets, gated entrances, driveway clearance, turning space and available truck parking.
- The final few feet: stairs, raised entrances, elevators, long carries and oversized furniture.
- The arrival: property contacts, building requirements, permitted delivery hours and when the home or project will be ready.
- The route: pickup locations, Keys destination, requested dates and any additional stops.
Moving to, from or within the Florida Keys.
Whether you are relocating a full-time home, moving into a seasonal residence or connecting the Keys with a mainland or out-of-state address, we build the move around your household. Our team handles loading, transport, unloading and the furniture placement and reassembly included in your estimate.
Choose moving only, add packing for the agreed items or rooms, or discuss a DP Signature Move for a complete move and home setup. Tell us early about artwork, fragile pieces and unusually large furnishings so their handling can be reviewed.
Freight that reaches the final destination.
For manufacturers, retailers, designers and business owners, the delivery needs to work at the receiving property as well as on the road. DP coordinates dedicated transport for furniture, boxed goods and suitable palletized cargo, with the load and destination reviewed before service is confirmed.
Share the piece count, dimensions, estimated weight, packaging and pickup location. We can then review truck and crew needs, liftgate or pallet-jack handling where appropriate, and whether the job calls for commercial unloading, inside delivery or white-glove placement.
One delivery or a planned series of stops: each route is quoted around the work required. Pickup and delivery timing is confirmed for your project.
Receive on the mainland. Deliver when the project is ready.
Furnishing a Keys home can mean deliveries from several vendors arriving before the property is ready. Our receiving and climate-controlled storage services in Stuart can be coordinated with the final delivery to the Keys.
Our team can receive furnishings, inspect and document their condition, store them and arrange delivery around your project. White-glove service can include room-of-choice placement, unpacking and packaging removal, with assembly and additional setup confirmed in the agreed scope.
